# Stack Results — contributor brief

An experimental project in HERE, built through the IDS harness.

Stack Results is an actionable CRM for people seeking and making self-improvements, sharing their strategies and evidence, and finding people, services, tools and resources that help them improve.

HERE is a CRM of CRM owners. Primes own actionable CRMs whose data connects to real-world value. A project record is not itself an authority grant.

## First journey

1. Choose an intention and record a baseline.
2. Create or adopt a precise stack version: practices, products or resources and a routine.
3. Record what actually happened, including missed actions.
4. Add an outcome and its sources, method, date, units and limitations.
5. Inspect claims, audit scope, validation and uncertainty. Preserve neutral and negative outcomes.
6. Find appropriate help, tools or resources and a clear acquisition or creation path.
7. Continue with another version while preserving the earlier history.

The first frontend uses clearly labelled example data. It is not an effectiveness study or a service delivering medical advice.

## Three layers

- Experimental: building.stackresults.hereandmore.com. Keep all versions, parents, feedback and evidence. Previews must use isolated approved origins; contributed code never runs on the identity or studio origin.
- Staging: a named candidate with the backend built by LNK with UNIVERSE. The team should be willing to make marketing content about this precise version. Proposed hostname: staging.stackresults.hereandmore.com.
- Stable: stackresults.hereandmore.com. Admins oversee production deployments and protect the Halo for the project, team and tasks. A change of artifact or scope requires the relevant release decision again.

## Contributing through IDS

Anyone may make a frontend using their preferred tools. Recording a contribution requires current access to the source repository. Downloading this public package grants no private-source access or deployment authority.

Work is anchored in IDS-Company/stack-results-client on Everything. Put new independent frontends in a clearly named directory or branch; preserve the existing application and source history. Record an immutable full Git revision, entry file, title, summary, tools and preceding IDS version. The building home's draft generator produces the existing studio_submit_version tool arguments. It does not submit them or execute code.

Use IDS for submission, mappings, reviews, evidence and continuation. Source-file checks, a review, an approval, an installed release and an externally observed result remain distinct records.

## Design direction and history

The recovered material includes the MVP, brand, website, historical designs, web app, native app, UGC tool and two backend generations. See project.json for exact source revisions and known coverage. The card illustrations are category markers, not screenshots of the original work.

The building home uses Lexend from the original web repository, the cream observed in the branding reference, and an experimental green palette informed by the website exploration. This is a declared design proposal, not an assertion of a final approved brand system. The surrounding studio follows the IDS dark/cream treatment.

Private Figma files, code, call recordings and transcripts keep their existing access rules. This package provides selected references and a new brief; it does not redistribute the private archives.

## Roles

Primes own actionable CRMs. Guardians and prime guardians support people and projects within assigned scope. Team members contribute to work they can access. Admins oversee production and protect its scoped Halo. The project has been created under the operator's HERE account; this brief appoints no guardian, prime guardian or production admin.

## What is delivered in this increment

A registered HERE project, experimental building home, source version library, source-record comparison, public contributor package and draft preparation for the existing IDS submission tool. Staging, the improvement backend, a full improvement journey, arbitrary preview execution and an automated release runner are not delivered by this increment.
